Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Adina Atkins Art (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
Products
We offer original paintings and limited edition fine art prints.
Each piece is described as accurately as possible. Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error or suspected fraud).
Availability
Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limited edition prints are produced in set quantities, as shown on each listing. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.
Cancellations
Because each order is prepared specifically for you, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Shipping
All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Estimated dispatch times are listed on each product page.
We can’t be responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.
International Orders
For international deliveries, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Lost Items
Each piece is carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within two working days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll always do our best to help and, where appropriate, offer a refund (including shipping) or a replacement if possible.
We’re not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Returns
Because of the nature of original artwork and limited edition prints, we’re unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.
